We didn't set out to build software. We set out to install the best microcement in the Pacific Northwest — and realized the tools to run that business didn't exist.
LUXE Estimator was built by the team at Luxe Surface Finishing — a microcement installation and distribution company based in the Pacific Northwest.
After years of doing estimates on spreadsheets, tracking crew hours in text messages, and showing clients finished surfaces they couldn't visualize, we decided to build the tool we wished existed.
We import microcement directly from Topcret in Barcelona, Spain — one of the world's leading microcement manufacturers. We train and distribute to installers across the United States. And we know firsthand what it takes to run a specialty coating business.
LUXE Estimator is the operating system we built for ourselves — and now we're making it available to every installer who wants to run a tighter, more professional operation.

Mark brings over a decade of hands-on experience in specialty coating installation, distribution, and business operations. Topcret-certified and actively installing, he understands the daily realities of running a coating business — which is exactly why he built LUXE Estimator.
Adam leads the technology development of LUXE Estimator, building the systems that power estimating, field tracking, inventory, billing, and the AI rendering tools. His work bridges the gap between complex software infrastructure and the practical, phone-first needs of contractors in the field.
